Refund policy

We strive to provide maximum customer satisfaction and highest standards of customer service for our patrons.

You can register a complaint or initiate a return (as per below returns policy) by simply contacting us at website@home360stores.com. This will create a ticket and a customer service executive will attend you.

 

We happily accept returns under the following scenarios:

  • An incorrect product has been shipped and does not match with the order placed by customer.
  • There is a manufacturing defect in the product shipped by us.
  • The product is received in a damaged/broken condition.

 

Breakage

In case of product received broken or damaged during shipping, you are required to email us a picture of the broken product (along with the packaging) within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Requests of replacement sent after stipulated time will not be processed.

 

Manufacturing Defect / Incorrect product

In case of manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivered, you can register a complaint within 3 days from date of receipt (along with product pictures) and we can initiate a return.

 

If the product didn’t fit your requirement

If you don’t like the product or if it doesn’t fit your decor, we can initiate refund of your amount after deducting partial packing & shipping costs incurred in the process of delivering the product to you. The charges will be deducted in the following way:

  • Rs. 0.00 – Rs. 1199 – Rs. 150
  • Rs. 1199 – Rs. 1999 – Rs. 250
  • Rs. 2000 – Rs. 3000 – Rs. 350
  • Rs. 3000 – Rs. 9999 – Rs. 500
  • Rs. 10000 and above – 10% of order value.

 

Cancellation

In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at website@home360stores.com within 24 hours of ordering and we will try our best to get your order cancelled before dispatch.


Return Process

1. Our return policy is applicable within 3 days from receipt of the product for manufacturing defect/incorrected product delivered. For broken/damaged product the return policy is subject to intimation via email within 24 hours of receipt of product (this can be verified by delivery confirmation from our logistic partners).
You simply have to write to us website@home360stores.com to register your return request.

2. Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return.

3. We will then get back to you with your Request Status within 2-3 days of receiving your request. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the product in question. It usually takes about 2-3 working days to execute a pickup and 7-10 days for delivery at our warehouse. Once the shipment is received, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it.

Important Note to Customer –  Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice etc.  The product should be unused and in the original condition. The product needs to be shipped with shipping labels (printout); the customer service executive will be guiding you through this process.

 

Refund mechanism:

  • Prepaid orders: We will initiate a refund from our end and the amount will reflect in your account.
  • COD Order: We will initiate NEFT to the account provided by you.
